We had a fantastic experience staying at this place. The location is extremely convenient as it is just a short walk from the bus station and right next to the shopping center. The service here is top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping being of excellent quality. The hotel offers a wide range of amenities including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The staff is friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Additionally, the breakfast offered a variety of options and the snack bar was a nice touch.

This small hotel exceeded our expectations. the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and gave us lots of information about the city and its attractions. the location was great, close to shopping centers, markets and transport options. There was a bus stop right outside the hotel, which made it easy to explore the area. We enjoyed the clean and comfortable room and bathroom, and the garage was a bonus too.

The lack of soundproofing in the room, so we could hear outside traffic and noise from neighboring rooms.

It's a short walk to the bus station, which makes it easy to get around. the rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable furniture. the bathroom was decent and the view from some rooms was good. the breakfast had a good variety and was included in the price.

The customer service was disappointing. the staff did not seem knowledgeable about the local area, making it hard to get recommendations.
